Returns
You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, email us at futbolestrella35@gmail.com with your order number.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, send us a photo at futbolestrella35@gmail.com within 48 hours and we'll send a free replacement — no need to return it.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, used items can't be returned unless they arrived defective.
